We will have a first free consultation to get to know each other and discuss your current situation and your needs and desires. Together, we then create a tailored support package for you.

This will include:

Regular Online live video calls together via google meet
(60 - 90min each). Amount and time depending on your personal needs.

Direct messaging support (text & voice) during the time we work together, also depending on your needs. This gives you support in between and it allows you to integrate the work you are doing.

Check-in email fortnightly between consultations with nurturing support, little exercises and tools to work with.

Price depends on the package we put together.
